Common questions

The app can't hear me. Pop Lyric! needs microphone and speech recognition access to hear your answer. Turn them on in Settings → Pop Lyric!. You can also type your answer.

Why does it want the camera? The front camera records your game so you can watch and share your best moment afterward. Video stays on your phone unless you choose to share it. If you turn the camera off, the game still works without highlights.

My lyric was correct but didn't count. Send us the word, the lyric and the song, and we'll look into it.

How do I delete my account? Email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it and its data.
